Why is Mendeley Web Importer on Safari failing to add references to my library?

We are aware of compatibility issues between Mendeley Web Importer and the latest version of Safari. Our team is actively working on a fix.In the meantime, if possible, we recommend:
- Holding off on upgrading Safari to the latest version, or
- Using an alternative browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
Your Mendeley account and library remain unaffected, this issue only impacts the Web Importer extension in Safari. While we don’t yet have a specific timeline for resolution, remediation is in progress, and we’ll share updates via this FAQ as soon as the issue is resolved.
