What languages is Mendeley Web Importer available in?

Mendeley Web Importer is localised for the following languages:
- EN – English (default)
- DE – German
- ES – Spanish (Español)
- JA – Japanese (日本語)
- KR – Korean (한국어)
- PT-BR – Brasilian Portuguese (Portugues do Brasil)
- ZH-CN – Simplified Chinese (简体中文)
- TR - Turkish (Türkçe)
By default, Mendeley Web Importer will match its user interface language to the language code of your browser upon install or upgrade.
If your language is not supported, the user interface language will default to English.
The development team is actively seeking user-sourced translations of Mendeley Web Importer’s user interface into local languages. If you wish to contribute a translation, please submit it here. Any contribution which is used for user interface localisation will receive our thanks and public acknowledgement within Mendeley (or you may optionally choose to remain anonymous).
To change the language of your browser, instructions differ depending on browser and operating system.
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
- Go to ‘System Preferences’.
- Select ‘Language and Region’.
- Add a supported language.
- Move the new language to the top of the list (make it your preferred language).
- Restart your system.
- Start your browser.
This will also change the language of every application installed on MacOS.
- Enter ‘about:preferences’ into the URL bar and open Firefox preferences.
- In the ‘General’ tab, scroll down to ‘Language’.
- Click ‘Set alternatives’.
- Add a supported language.
- Move the new language to the top of the list (make it your preferred language).
- Restart Firefox to apply the changes.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click ‘More’ and then ‘Settings’.
- At the bottom, click ‘Advanced’.
- Under ‘Languages’ click ‘Language’.
- Next to the language you'd like to use, click ‘More’. If the language isn't listed, add it by clicking ‘Add languages’.
- Click ‘Display Google Chrome in this language’ or ‘Display Chrome OS in this language’.
- Restart Chrome to apply the changes.
- At the top right, click the '…' menu and then click ‘Settings’.
- Click ‘Languages’ in the Settings list on the left.
- To add a language to the list of preferred languages, select ‘Add languages’.
- Once the language is added, select '…' next to the language.
- Click ‘Display Microsoft Edge in this language’.
- Restart Microsoft Edge to apply the changes.
- Enter ‘about:preferences’ into the URL bar and open Firefox preferences.
- In the ‘General’ tab, scroll down to ‘Language’.
- Click ‘Set alternatives’.
- Add a supported language.
- Move the new language to the top of the list (make it your preferred language).
- Restart Firefox to apply the changes.
