How can I share notes and annotations with others?

You can share notes and annotations with others by creating a group and inviting other Mendeley users to join it. See our help guides on groups to get started.

Any document and associated files added to the group will be visible to all group members. All highlights and annotations made on PDFs in groups will be visible to all members.

If you are using Mendeley Desktop and the latest annotations and notes are not displaying to all group members try clicking 'Sync' to see if this resolves the issue.
