Why do I have limited access?

When using Knovel, you may find you do not have access to all materials you were expecting to have access to based on your company’s subscription.

This may be because you are registered for Knovel’s promotional subscription, Try Knovel, instead of your company’s subscription.

Please note: If your company doesn't have a subscription yet, you will need to subscribe to Knovel.

Solution

To have access to all the materials your company subscribes to, contact Knovel Support through one of the contact options below.

Please have the following information available, as it helps us to answer your question faster and more efficiently:

  • Your email address.
  • Your reference number if you’ve contacted us before.
