What should I do if I do not wish to renew my subscription?
Last updated on July 08, 2024If, for any reason, you choose not to renew your ExpertPath subscription, you will need to cancel your trial renewal or subscription in your account. Follow these steps to cancel your ExpertPath subscription.
Once your free ExpertPath trial period expires, your trial will automatically renew to a paid subscription. You can cancel the paid subscription renewal by going to “My Subscriptions” in “My Account” and clicking “Disable Auto-Renew”
- Click on “Sign In | Create an Account” and enter your login credentials
- Once logged in, click on “My Account” in your account menu
- Click ‘My Subscriptions’ on the My Account page
- Click on the “Disable Auto-Renew” button and then confirm that you want to disable the renewal
- The button text will change to “Enable Auto-Renew” and you also will receive a subscription status change confirmation email
Access to ExpertPath will continue until your subscription end date. To find your subscription end date, follow steps 1, 2, 3 and 4. The subscription end date is to the right of the product name.
