How do I know if my ExpertPath order has been processed successfully?
Last updated on January 03, 2023You can check all of your order information upon logging into the ExpertPath store.
Follow these steps to check whether your order has been processed successfully:
- Go to the ExpertPath store
- Click the View Account icon in the top right of the screen.
- Enter your login details.
- Click again on the View Account icon in the top right of the screen.
- Select View Account.
- Click ‘Online Subscriptions’ in the left-hand menu on your My Account page to view your active online subscriptions.
From here you will be able to view all of your active subscriptions. The corresponding order will also display in the 'Order History' tab.
If you can see the order in the 'Order History' tab, but it is not one of your active subscriptions, please contact us using one of the options located below.
