How may I authorize permission to share my transcript or transfer my records for DirectCourse?

Once the form is completed, please submit the ticket to your state administrator who will process the request.

Note: State-specific processes:

• The state of Minnesota has forms specifically for their residents and these forms must be submitted through the help desk at the University of Minnesota. This form is located in the MN Toolkit and can be sent to [email protected]
• Maine and New Jersey require all requests to go to their system administrators who will check, approve and then submit the request on your behalf.
