How do I unpublish a module?

Unpublishing a module will prevent learners from self enrolling in the module. This action will not affect learners that have already enrolled in the training.

Follow these steps to unpublish a module for self-enrollment:
- Click the applicable 'Choose' button (e.g. Choose Departments). The Select screen displays.
- If assigning by department, use the 'Facility' menu and 'Department Sort by' fields to locate the department.
- Enable the checkbox for each entity to receive the removal/reassignment.
- Click 'OK'.
- Select 'Choose Individuals'. The 'Select users you would like to have added' screen displays.
- Choose one of the following learner categories:
- Click the 'Individuals' radio button to choose from learners within your administrative scope.
- Click 'Saved Learners' to choose from learners within your Saved Learner List.
- Choose the applicable search criteria (e.g. Last Name, Facility).
- Click 'Search'. The 'Select users you would like to have added' screen refreshes displaying learner search results.
- Disable the checkbox to the left of each learner to remove the ability to self-enroll.
- Click 'OK'.
- Select 'Publish Modules for Self Enrollment' from the eLearning menu selection. The Module to Publish screen displays.
- Select the name of the module to be published from either the 'Modules your Department Created' or the 'Modules available to All Facilities' menu selections.
- To edit the properties of the selected module and click the 'Edit' corresponding button.
- Select the entities/learners allowed to self-enroll in the module:
- The Module to Publish screen refreshes displaying the chosen assignment entity or learner.
- Click the entity or learner name link.
- The Published Modules screen displays.
- Click the plus sign to view a listing of items within the module. Also, if you are viewing an assignment for an entity, click 'Learners' to view a listing of all learners assigned the module.
- Click the 'Remove' button that corresponds to the module to be unpublished.
- The Published Modules screen refreshed displaying a confirmation message.
- Click 'Close Window'.
