How do I insert a skill's quick sheet text?

Follow these steps to insert a skill's quick sheet text:

  1. Select 'Add/Edit Skills' from the Skills menu selections. The Skills Content Management screen displays.
  2. Click 'Create a new skill' or choose to edit an existing skill in the Skill's Content Management section. 
  3. Click the Quick Sheet Icon. The Quick Sheet Editor screen displays.
  4. Copy and paste or type your quick sheet text into the editing field.
  5. Enter applicable version comments in the Version History Comments field.
  6. Click 'Save'
  7. Click 'OK' on the confirmation pop-up. A confirmation message displays at the top of the screen.
  8. Use the URL within the General tab of the General Section to view your Quick Sheet.

Please Note: The skill must be active to be viewed.
