How do I enable pop-ups on my web browser?

When opening a website or clicking a link, the website may not display or show as designed. This could be due to pop-up blockers preventing the pop-ups to show or to display correctly.

• Microsoft Edge (please note: this website only describes how to block pop-ups. To enable pop-ups, switch 'Block pop-ups' to 'Off'.

Please note: Some security software and toolbars may also block pop-ups. It might also help to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. When clearing the cache and cookies make sure to select ”All Time” (Google Chrome) or “Everything” (Mozilla Firefox) for the time range.
