We:

• Enable conference accessibility and usability through communication and by incorporating accessibility requirements from the start when we research our venues for events

• Design around users - continually test and incorporate event feedback, particularly from people with disabilities, to ensure an optimal delegate, presenter/exhibitor and or sponsor experience at all at our conferences

• Educate employees on accessibility and disability and its importance to our users and our business

• Advance accessibility knowledge by learning from customer needs and experiences and in collaboration with our venues

• Make it easy for collaborators and delegates to communicate with us quickly and openly about the accessibility compliance of our conferences

• Maintain an Accessibility Working Group comprised of colleagues from our business units to share best practice and foster collaboration and innovation
