Do I have to register by a particular deadline if my abstract has been accepted for presentation?
Last updated on April 08, 2021If you are presenting an oral or poster presentation, it is essential that you register by the author registration deadline which will be detailed in your acceptance notification. The acceptance of your abstract is conditional on you registering to attend the conference. Your registration confirms to the conference organisers that you'll be presenting your material at the conference. Without your registration we will presume that you are no longer able to present.
If you do not register by the author deadline, your presentation will be automatically removed from the program.
