What do I do if I have forgotten my username or password?

1. At the Login prompt, click 'Forgotten Username or Password'.
2. A Forgotten Password screen will display.
3. Enter your email address that is associated with the site, and click 'Submit'.
4. You then will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
5. Click on the Reset Password link located in the email.

   • Please note: The reset link will expire 30 minutes from the time requested.
6. You then will be prompted to enter a new password between 5 and 20 characters long.
7. Confirm the new password.
8. Click 'Submit'.

Upon completion of these steps you will have reset your password.

Your username is typically the email address you used to register (and must not exceed 50 characters). If you have forgotten the email address you chose for your username, or if the system does not recognize your email address, please contact us using one of the options below.
