What should I do if I have not received my order confirmation email?

If you've placed an order and not yet received a response, please check your email Junk or Spam folder. Elsevier may not be on your safe-sender list, and email clients sometimes divert confirmation emails into these folders.
If the email has been delivered to those folders, you can add the sender address to your email address book and/or your 'safe-senders' list, so that all future correspondence from us will be directed straight to your inbox. If you still can't find the order confirmation email from us, please contact us via one of the options below.
