What is the status of my order?

For ScienceDirect products, your order will be processed within three business days. You can check the status of your order as follows:

1. Login your Account
2. Select 'My Subscriptions' from the left-hand menu
3. Click on the appropriate order, and the screen that follows will tell you the status of the order
