Sort Priority
The order of appearance for the display of the external link in Scopus.
Notes:
- External links can have the same sort priority for a specific page. If this occurs, sort order is addressed first, and then the links are sorted in alphabetical order.
- Sort priority is also dependent on other links which display in the same location. If you arrange for a link to have the same sort priority as another link for the same Scopus location, priority is then determined by alphabetical order. In this case, it is possible your external link will not display because certain locations can only display a limited number of links.
- For example: If you have arranged for five external links for a page that can only display two of those links, then only two links will display and will be based on sort priority.
