Moving from Admin Tool to Admin Console — start here

Welcome to Admin Console. If you previously used Admin Tool, this guide gets you productive in a few minutes.
Go to adminconsole.elsevier.com and sign in with the same Elsevier credentials you used for Admin Tool. If you are a recognized administrator for your organization, you’ll land on your organization’s home page. If you’re not recognized, see “How do I sign in to Elsevier Admin Console?” or contact support.
- Home page — confirm your organization (or organizations, if you administer several) appears.
- Users & Admins — check the roster and administrator list. Try the user search — new in Admin Console.
- Access → IP addresses — verify your IP ranges are correct.
- Products — review your subscriptions, entitlements, and access dates.
- Activity Log — see recorded administrative actions (new in Admin Console).
Contact us via Contact Support or your Customer Success Manager — before 31 December 2026, if possible, while Admin Tool is still available for comparison.
