What are strong password requirements?

To meet the strong password requirements, your password must:

  • Be 8-20 characters
  • Contain at least one uppercase alphabetical character, e.g., A, B C, etc.
  • Contain at least one lowercase alphabetical character, e.g., a, b, c, etc.
  • Contain at least one numeric character, e.g. 0, 1, 2, 3, etc.
  • Contain at least one special character such as ~ ! @ # $ ^ * _ { } | : ? ` - = [ ] ; ’ , . /

Do not use:

  • Your username. The username restrictions include:
    • Your first or last name.
    • Your username spelled forward or backwards.
    • A combination of your first and last names.
  • An exclusion term.
  • An old password used in the last six months.
  • Characters in your password that can be misinterpreted as HTML
    (e.g., < or >), to avoid being blocked by Cloudflare security settings.
