Bookmarks is a practical feature that allows the users to keep track and save diagnoses or cases for future reference.

Here are the steps on how to remove a bookmarked topic in STATdx when it is no longer needed.

1. Log into your profile.
2. Once logged in, click the Bookmarks tab.

   

3. Choose the diagnosis you wish to remove from your Bookmarks.
4. Click on the "Bookmarked" button to do so.

   

5. Once completed, the removed diagnosis should no longer appear in the Bookmarks tab and the button will change from Bookmarked to Bookmark.
