You can easily update or change your personal information (name, email address) in your user profile via your profile settings.

Follow these steps to change your password or edit your name, email address, mailing address, and job title. You also can opt to receive information from Elsevier and its affiliates:

1. Log in to the site.
2. Click the arrow next to your name in the upper right corner and select Profile.
3. Type in the desired email address / Name / Additional profile details on its respective field, if applicable.
4. Select "Submit"

Note: Email address update will only be successful if the provided email address is not yet existing on the system.

An error message ‘A username with this email address already exists’ will show.

Only customer service can assist with email address update with an existing email address, please contact us using one of the options found at the bottom of the page.
