How do I cancel my trial or paid subscription?
Last updated on July 08, 2024Follow these steps to cancel your STATdx subscription:
Trial Subscription:
Once your free STATdx trial period expires, your trial will automatically renew to a paid subscription. You can cancel the paid subscription renewal by going to “My Subscriptions” in “My Account” and clicking “Disable Auto-Renew”
- Click on “Sign In | Create an Account” and enter your login credentials
- Once logged in, click on “My Account” in your account menu
- Click ‘My Subscriptions’ on the My Account page
- Click on the “Disable Auto-Renew” button and then confirm that you want to disable the renewal
- The button text will change to “Enable Auto-Renew” and you also will receive a subscription status change confirmation email.
Paid Subscription:
- Click on “Sign In | Create an Account” and enter your login credentials
- Once logged in, click on “My Account” in your account menu
- Click ‘My Subscriptions’ on the My Account page
- Click on the “Disable Auto-Renew” button and then confirm that you want to disable the renewal
- The button text will change to “Enable Auto-Renew” and you also will receive a subscription status change confirmation email.
Access to STATdx will continue until your subscription end date. (To find your subscription end date, follow steps 1, 2, 3 and 4. The subscription end date is to the right of the product name.
