How do I apply for remote access on STATdx with my organizational email address?
Last updated on December 17, 2024If you have an email account through your organization (Example: [email protected]) you may already be eligible to sign up for remote access.
Note:
This option requires your administrator having already supplied Elsevier with your institutional email domain(s).
To activate your remote access, you need to have previously registered for a user profile. Select the relevant option below and follow the steps to register and activate your remote access: Directions with screenshots can be found via this guide.
Please follow the steps below to register and apply for your remote access:
- Visit STATdx and click ‘Apply for Remote Access’ on the right-hand side of your screen. Note: If you’re automatically redirected to the homepage, please select the Sign-in icon in the right-hand corner. From the dropdown menu choose Remote Access.
- Enter your organizational email address (e.g. [email protected]) in the field listed on the screen. If asked, choose your organization from the drop-down list.
- Open the email and click the link to activate your remote access within 60 minutes. If the link has expired, repeat the steps above to receive another email with a new link.
- Click ‘Continue’ to sign in or create a new profile. If you already have a profile, enter your password to sign in.
- If you already have a profile or are unsure, click create a new profile.
- Enter your email address.
Note: If we recognize your email address, sign in with your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, click Forgot password to set a new one.
If we don’t recognize your email address, complete the required fields on the form and click Submit.
After you have signed in or created your profile, the process is complete. Navigate directly to app.statdx.com and use your email address and password to access STATdx.
