How do I manage my saved lists?

Your saved lists can be modified or exported any time you are signed in to Scopus by accessing the Lists function. You can rename, edit, delete, add to, or export your saved lists.
- Select 'Lists' from the Scopus header to open the Saved lists page.
- Locate the Saved list to rename.
- Select 'Edit'.
- Enter the new list name and select 'Save'.
Note: You can save up to 50 lists. If you have reached the maximum 50 lists, you must delete an existing list to allow for a new list.
- Select 'Lists' from the Scopus header to open the Saved lists page.
- Locate the Saved list to delete.
- Select 'Delete'. A dialogue box opens requesting you to confirm.
- Select 'Delete'. The list is now removed from the Saved lists page.
- Sign in to Scopus and run a search.
- Select the items you want to add to your list.
- Select 'Save to list'.
- Select 'Select from your Saved lists' and choose the list you want to add the item(s).
- Select 'Save list'.
- Select 'Lists' from the Scopus header to open the Saved lists page.
- Locate the saved document list to export to SciVal.
- Select the list name to open the saved document list.
- Select 'Export your list to SciVal' from the toolbar above the search results.
- Select 'Continue to SciVal' from the popup.
- Enter the name of your Publication Set and any additional tags as necessary, then select 'Save and finish'.
Important Update October 30, 2025: The PDF, Print, and Email features for saved lists are no longer available. We recommend utilizing your browser's built-in 'Save as PDF' or 'Print' options, or copying content directly.
A new PDF export option (which allows print via PDF) and email option will be available when this page moves to new infrastructure in 2026."

Chrome Users Print to PDF:
- Go to the webpage you want to save.
- Press Ctrl + P (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + P (Mac).
- In the print window, choose "Save as PDF" for the "Destination" or "Printer."
- Click "Save."
Chrome Users Print-Friendly Extension:
- Install "PrintFriendly & PDF" from the Chrome Web Store.
- Go to the webpage.
- Click the "PrintFriendly" icon in your browser toolbar.
- Edit the page if needed, then click "Print," "PDF," or "Email."
Edge Users Print to PDF:
- Go to the webpage you want to save.
- Press Ctrl + P (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + P (Mac).
- In the print window, choose "Microsoft Print to PDF" (Windows) or "Save as PDF" (Mac/Linux) as the printer.
- Click "Print" or "Save."
Edge Users Print-Friendly Extension:
- Install "PrintFriendly & PDF" from the Edge Add-ons store.
- Go to the webpage.
- Click the "PrintFriendly" icon in your browser toolbar.
- Edit the page if needed, then click "Print," "PDF," or "Email."
