How are Alerts used in Scopus?
Last updated on August 15, 2024
Alerts can be configured to send email notices when a search renders a new results set, when a document of an author is cited in Scopus, or when a document is cited in Scopus.
There is no limit to the number of alerts you can create.
A Search alert is a saved search that you can schedule to run at certain intervals. If any new results are found, you will receive an email with the first 25 results and a link into Scopus to access new results.
Results from non-Scopus databases are not be included in alert email notifications.
