The order or purchase history page lists documents that you have purchased using your credit card during a particular month.
How
Select the product you purchased and follow the steps to view your order or purchase history:
- Select the person icon
on the top right of the screen. - Select 'Order History'. Please note: Your e-mail address needs to be verified to see orders associated with your account.
- Select your username on the ScienceDirect navigation bar.
- Select ‘Purchased articles’. A list will appear with the articles purchased within the last 48 hours.
- To display a list of documents purchased more than 48 hours ago, select the appropriate month and year under Purchase History.
The Purchase History page displays the following information:
- Documents: A list of documents that you have purchased using the shopping cart.
- Confirmation ID: A unique identifier for a document that is automatically generated during your purchase. Credits for documents that you have purchased will appear with the Confirmation ID.
- Date: The date of purchase.
