What can I do if I have forgotten my username or password?

If you're having trouble signing in to your account follow the steps below for a forgotten username or password.

How

1. Go to Researcher Academy
2. Click on the person icon in the top right of your screen.
3. You will be prompted to enter your email address.

   • If your email address is not recognized you will be prompted to create an account.
   • If your email address is recognized you will be prompted to enter your password.
   • If you have forgotten your password click 'Forgotten password'.
