How do I download my certificate(s)?

Certificates are awarded upon completion of modules and topics. To download them follow the steps below. The certificate pulls data directly from your profile, so please ensure your profile information is as you'd like it displayed on the certificates you earn and update it if needed. You can do this at any time.

How

1. Sign in to Researcher Academy
2. Click on your name at top right-hand corner of your screen to access your profile.
3. From the list of your certificates click the certificate you wish to download.
4. Your personalized certificate will download to your computer.

If your certificate is not listed, check whether the module is available under 'Resume learning'. If the module is showing on that list, you haven't completed the module yet and will need to before receiving the certificate. A certificate of excellence is awarded for completing all modules within a topic.
