Please follow the steps below to register for VirtualE:

1. Go to www.virtuale.elsevier.com.
2. Select the Country/Region that applies to you on the map.
3. Click the ‘New User’ button.
4. Change the Country/Region that applies to you if incorrect.
5. Enter your Elsevier account number.
6. Complete the remaining fields on the registration form.

     Please note: If you have not ordered from Elsevier before or within the last year you will need to contact Customer Service.
7. Click: ‘Create Login & Setup Profile’.
8. When prompted under ‘Choose Other Categories of Interest’, select  the categories that represent the type of books you order that are not already listed under ‘Default Primary Profiles’.
9. Click: ‘Save Profile & Login’.

On completion of those steps, you will have registered for VirtualE.

Please follow the steps below to register for PubEasy:

1. Go to: www.pubeasy.com.
2. Click on the 'Register to use PubEasy - go' button.
3. Complete all required fields on the registration form.

After completing these steps you will have completed the registration process. Your application will then be reviewed by the PubEasy support team.

On completion of the review you will be sent your login details to your registered email address. Please allow 48 hours for this process to be completed.

Your registration will be sent to all affiliates to be matched with your existing Elsevier account number.
