What journals are PK and MET data extracted from?

Last updated on November 01, 2019
Along with data extracted from FDA and EMA regulatory documents, PharmaPendium contains Pharmacokinetic and Metabolizing enzyme and transporter (MET) data extracted from carefully selected peer-reviewed literature sources.

We are continuously expanding and deepening the PharmaPendium content base. Therefore, beginning 2019, we significantly extended the number of journals where we extract MET and PK data from. The expanded PharmaPendium content coverage will help pharmaceutical researchers to make data-driven drug development decisions.

The data for the Pharmacokinetic data module is extracted from the following sources:
  • FDA approval packages
  • EMA approval documents
  • PharmaPendium Published PK (literature sources)
The data for the Metabolizing enzymes and transporter module is extracted from:
  • FDA approval packages
  • EMA approval documents
  • FDA Advisory Committee Documents
  • PharmaPendium Published MET (literature sources)
Data for PharmaPendium Published PK and PharmaPendium Published MET are currently extracted from the following journals:
