To reset your password, go to the sign in page of the product you're using.

You will see an option to sign in, normally located in the top right corner of the product page. Click on the “Sign in” or “My Account” button (depending on the product you are in).

Alternatively, you can go to the Elsevier Account page, where you will be prompted to enter your email address to sign in. (If you see the “Access through your organization” screen, you can click “Cancel” and enter your email on the new screen)

Then, follow the steps below.

Once you are in the Sign in screen, you can:

1. Choose to receive an email to reset your password. To do this click on 'Forgot password?' and then on “Reset password” in the following screen.

2. Get a one-time sign in link via email to sign in without entering your password.
