Account Deletion

If you would like your Osmosis account permanently removed from our system, please contact Osmosis Support at [email protected]. Note that Osmosis complies with all legal requirements regarding the collection, storage, and deletion of account records.
Requesting Account Deletion
To request account deletion, please contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your Osmosis account, or use the chat bubble located in the lower right corner of the Osmosis website. Please include your request and the reason for deletion so our team can process it.
Processing Time
Once your request is submitted, it may take up to 14 days for your account to be permanently removed from our system. You will receive an email confirming that your deletion request has been received.
Important Notes
- Multiple accounts: If you have more than one Osmosis account, you may want to consider merging your accounts instead of deleting one of them.
- Change of mind: If you decide you do not want to delete your account after submitting a request, please contact [email protected] to remove your account from the deletion queue.
- Email reuse: Once an account is deleted, the email address associated with that account cannot be used to create another Osmosis account.
