How do I cancel my individual LeapSpace subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime online before the end date. Follow these steps:

1. Go to Elsevier Researcher Store.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Hover over your name and go to Manage AI subscription.
4. Find the subscription you want to cancel and select Manage subscription.
5. Select Cancel subscription, then confirm that you want to cancel. Access to your subscription will continue until your subscription end date, which will be shown at this stage.
6. The button will change to Reactivate and you will receive a confirmation email.

How do I update my payment method?

You can only change your payment method during an active subscription.

Follow these steps to update your payment method before your renewal date:

1. Go to Elsevier Researcher Store.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Hover over your name and go to Manage AI subscription.
4. Find the subscription you want to update and select Manage subscription.
5. Select the edit button under the Payment method section.
6. You are redirected to the payment page where you can update your payment method.

Can I pause instead of cancel?

You can pause your subscription from your next renewal date for up to 3 months. During this period, you will not be charged and your data will be retained. Your subscription resumes automatically at the end of the pause period.

Follow these steps to pause your subscription:

1. Go to Elsevier Researcher Store.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Hover over your name and go to Manage AI subscription.
4. Find the subscription you want to pause and select Pause subscription.
5. Select your reactivation date and confirm.
6. Your pause will start on your next renewal date and your subscription will automatically resume on the reactivation date you selected.

What is my next billing date?

Your billing date is set to the date you first subscribed.

Follow these steps to view your next billing date:

1. Go to Elsevier Researcher Store.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Hover over your name and go to Manage AI subscription.
4. Find the relevant subscription — your next billing date is shown in the Renewal date column.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer an annual billing option that gives you a discount equivalent to 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You can switch billing periods at any time; changes take effect on your next renewal date.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

You can reactivate your subscription at any time after cancelling.

Follow these steps to reactivate your subscription:

1. Go to Elsevier Researcher Store.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Hover over your name and go to Manage AI subscription.
4. Find the subscription you want to reactivate and select Reactivate subscription.
5. Enter your payment information and confirm. Your subscription will be reactivated immediately.
