How can I subscribe to journals?

Subscribing to a journal is a quick and easy process. If you have not already registered an account with the journal, you will need to do this first to make the subscription purchase. See How do I register on a Journal website for more info on registering.

Follow these steps to subscribe to a journal:

1. Go to the specific journal website. You can find this by going to Health Advance and searching or browsing by title. Click on the title to go the journal website.
2. Once you are on the journal website, click 'Subscribe' from the upper right of page.
3. You will see options to choose from, including subscription period, access (online or online and print) depending on what the journal offers. Select the options you want.
4. Click 'Add to cart' and complete the checkout process.

You can check your current subscription/s at any time by logging in to Health Advance or the specific journal website, going to 'My Account' and clicking the 'Access' tab.

Please note: If you do not see a 'Subscribe' option, it is likely the journal is Open Access and you do not need a paid subscription to access content. If the journal is full Open Access, you will see this beneath the 'Current Issue' information on the right-hand side of the homepage:
