What type of help can I access via the Support Center menu?

Click the ‘?’ (question mark) symbol at the top of any Engineering Village page to access the ‘Support Center’ menu. This menu allows you to access various types of help and support features available in Engineering Village.
You can initiate the following tasks by clicking the following items from this menu:
- FAQs
- Click ‘FAQs.’ The ‘FAQs’ dropdown menu page opens.
- Type keyword(s) on the top line of this page to search for Engineering Village help FAQ(s) that contains your keyword(s).
- Review the currently most popular help FAQs on this dropdown.
- Release Notes
- Review the description for the most recent product release.
- Click ‘View all Release Notes’ to review prior product release descriptions.
- Knowledge Base
- Video tutorials - View two different video tutorials regarding various search and display features in Engineering Village.
- Support Center - Enter the ‘Access and Use Support Center’ to view News, help FAQs, and tutorials, and to contact support representatives for further assistance.

- Request content changes
- Contact us
- Contact a support representative via email, telephone, or chat.
- For email, click ‘Contact Us’ to contact a support representative via email or telephone. The ‘Email us’ page opens.
- For telephone, from the ‘Email us’ page, click ‘Phone’ to review the appropriate telephone number and opening times for your location.
- For chat, click the ‘Engineering Village: Access and Use Support Center’ link at the top of the page. The ‘Chat with an agent’ feature opens at the bottom right side of the page.
