What are the three E-PIC user types and what are their privileges?

There are 3 types of E-PIC users.

• Internal users: These users are Elsevier staff. They can see all accounts and all widgets.
• External users or super users: These users can see the dashboard of their own institution. There are no differences between “external users” and “external super users”.
• External remote user: These users can see the dashboard of their own institution remotely. They need to have both External user and External remote user roles to access E-PIC and see the dashboard in remote.
