What should I do if I am not receiving email alerts for Cell.com?

We currently offer four types of email alerts: Journal Alerts (Table of Contents alerts and Online Now article alerts), Citation Alerts, Search Alerts, and Collections Alerts. These can be configured in the “My Account” options once you have logged in to Cell.com. If you are not receiving email alerts that you have signed up for, please contact us via the email option at the bottom of this page.

To help us solve this issue as promptly as possible, please provide us with the following information:

• What email address(es) should the alerts be sent to
• Which journals you should be receiving the alerts for
• When you stopped receiving your alert emails

Once you have submitted your query, our support team will be able to investigate the problem further for you.
