How can I change my username and/or password?

If you are currently logged into your account, you can change your password by following these steps:

1. Select 'My Account' in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Under 'Account Information' you will be able to update/change your password by inputting your current password and your new password.

Please note: Your new password must be a minimum of five characters in length with no spaces. For security reasons, we suggest that you use a combination of upper and lower case letters as well as numbers.

As your email address also serves as your username, you can also change your username by updating your email address on this screen. However, please note that updating your email address/username will also change the email address that alerts are sent to. If you have any questions, please contact us via the email option below.
