How do I view my ScienceDirect transactional access statement?

This page lists all transactions made in an account or for the current and prior invoice period.
Note: This page is not available for Group Administrators.
When you select to view the ScienceDirect Transactional Access History, more than one page may be available for viewing. To navigate through several list pages, use the navigation bar provided at the top and bottom of the Admin Tool page.
Billing Period
To display all transactions from another billing period, select a date/invoice number from the ‘Billing Period’ list and click ‘Go’.
Transaction History column definitions
Time Stamp |
The date and time of the transaction. |
Transaction Type |
The type of transaction. |
Price Category |
The price category. |
Journal/Book Series Name |
The name of the journal or book series from which the article was retrieved. Note: Includes both book series and handbook series. |
Article |
A link to the article acquired during the transaction. Clicking this link displays the article in a new browser window. |
Confirmation Code |
The confirmation code for the transaction. If the transaction is a credit, the related purchase code appears under the confirmation code which indicates the credit. A cross-reference of the credit also appears under the confirmation code for the original purchase. |

The email address of the purchaser. The user needs to be logged into ScienceDirect and the following settings need to be set to ‘No’ in ScienceDirect purchase options in order to be GDPR compliant and display the purchaser’s email address: Prevent transactional access, Allow anonymous transactional access and Allow bypass of purchase confirmation screen. |
Group |
The name of the Group. |
Charge Type |
The method of charging the transaction on the invoice. |
Cost Code |
If a cost code was provided, this will be displayed here. |
Amount |
The amount (in dollars) or number of article downloads covered by the transaction. Amounts which have been credited to the Account or negative drawdown updates appear in red and surrounded by brackets. |
Tax |
The tax amount (in US dollars). |
