How can I get access to the Elsevier Open Access Platform (EOAP)?

You can assign an Open Access Administrator role for users using the Admin Tool so that they can access EOAP.

Follow these steps to add EOAP users:

1. Log in to the Admin Tool.
2. Go to 'Search, View and Modify User Profiles' and select users who need privileges and click 'Grant EOAP user access'.

After following these steps, the user can access the Elsevier Open Access Platform.

If the user does not yet have an Elsevier profile:

1. Log in to the Admin Tool.
2. Go to 'Create Profile' and enter the details of the OA user as required to create a profile. Ensure you give the user the necessary privileges by clicking 'Grant EOAP user access' checkbox.

After following these steps, the user can access the Elsevier Open Access Platform.

The above steps can also be followed to give EOAP user access in Administrator profile.
