Follow these steps to add E-PIC users:
- Log in to the Admin Tool.
- Select 'Search user' from 'Manage user IDs' section and select the user.
- Select the check-box 'Grant E-PIC User Access' and save the user change at the bottom of the page.
After following these steps, the user can view the institutional insights of their institution.
