Improvements
- The title of the ETTP learner eLearning Completion report located in the learner’s profile detail area has been changed to eLearning Performance to reduce confusion between that report and the Cohort Summary eLearning Completion report located in the Cohort Summary Reports tabs area. The data that each of these reports display remains the same.
NEW!
- Elsevier Transition to Practice learners can now earn Continuing Education Credits after successfully completing Transition to Practice Professional Skills lessons and post-tests!

- The issue preventing some Transition to Practice learners from moving past the loading screen to access their self-reflections is now resolved.

- Elsevier Transition to Practice learners now have access to two new modules! The Quality and Safety in Practice Module’s (Module 6) three lessons and post-test are now available to all ETTP learners. The Wellness in the Workplace Module’s (Module 7) two lessons and post-test are also available to all ETTP learners. The simulation lessons include a mix of interactive-video, graphic novel, and gamification.

- The account creation email sent to new ETTP learners will now display the subject line “Finish creating your account” and contain a Get Started button to more clearly show learners how to successfully create their TTP accounts.

- ETTP admins can use GoogleSheets to upload our import templates to TTP (Org Structure, Bulk Learner Uploads, and Support Team Members.
- When ETTP admins are changing the start date for learners, it now successfully saves on the learner’s profile and is reflected on the All Profiles page.

- Elsevier Transition to Practice learners will now see new UI enhancements when access the Professional Skills curriculum. These enhancements include a new instruction screen and improved tools to easily navigate through the lessons. No additional actions are needed by the learners or admins to access these changes.

- Clarifying words were added to the TTP admin landing page to help admins better understand how to navigate the application and where to accomplish specific tasks.
- TTP admins can now change Support Team member user roles within the application. EX: Admin can change a Preceptor user role to a Nurse Manager user role to accurately reflect any role changes or promotions.
- The TTP Cohort Satisfaction report now combines the Overall Support and Confidence level trends into one comprehensive view for the admin.

- ETTP admins can click on the Competency bar in the Cohort Competency Progress report to see the specific competencies included in each passing baseline.

- ETTP admins can access and download to excel the Cohort Competency Progress report, which shows how curriculum could be adjusted to address the learning needs of each cohort and opportunities to support individual nurses. Admins can filter the data displayed in this report by selecting different scoring baselines (scores <80%, scores between 80-95%, scores >95%).
- ETTP admins can access and download to excel the Learner Competency Progress report, which shows knowledge gaps for individual new graduate nurses.
- ETTP learners can access Module 4 in Professional Skills.

- ETTP admins will use an updated Support Team Bulk Import template which matches the experience of the Learner Bulk Import template. The template provides detailed instructions and sample data for the admin to reference when using the bulk import functionality to create new users in ETTP.
- Fixed bug so that ETTP users display as “registered” in the ETTP admin report after the user registers.
IMPROVEMENTS
- ETTP administrators will now see their organization’s specific department names listed in the dropdown menu when creating a Unit.
- ETTP administrators will only see the “Resend Welcome Email” functionality on the learner’s profile page if the administrator has already sent a welcome email to the learner (Note: New learners are no longer automatically sent welcome emails when they are created. The administrator must select when to send the welcome email).
IMPROVEMENTS
- ETTP learners will no longer receive the automatic welcome emails when their account is created in the application. ETTP administrators will choose when to send these emails to their learners.
- ETTP administrators now have a more comprehensive list of departments when matching their department names during the ETTP onboarding process.

- ETTP NGRNs can now send responses back their Residency Coordinators from within the application on the Feedback tab in their profile.
- ETTP Admins will receive email notifications when their NGRN responds to their feedback in the application.
- All ETTP users can easily differentiate between read and unread responses in the NGRN’s Feedback tab.

- While on the Survey Comments report, ETTP admins will receive a notification when responses have been sent from admins to a NGRN’s survey comments.
- ETTP admins will be taken directly to the NGRN’s reflection feedback entry from the View Feedback link on the Journal Entries and Survey Comments reports instead of requiring the admin to scroll down to the specific feedback entry.
- ETTP admins will see a low participation message when there is not sufficient data to generate the Journal Entries or Survey Comments reports. Administrators can go directly from this message to the Participation report to see which learners have/have not submitted self-reflections.

- ETTP admins can click the View Feedback link from the Journal and Survey Comments reports to access the Feedback tab in the NGRN’s profile to see all of the NGRN’s self-reflection submissions and responses from their Support Team.
- ETTP admins can send customized responses to the NGRN’s survey comments. NGRNs will be notified of these responses via email.
- ETTP admins can now generate a Satisfaction Report by using a customized date picker instead of selecting from standard date ranges in a drop down menu. This is consistent with the other reports in ETTP.

- ETTP administrators will now be able to see their Learner’s at-risk Alert History. This information allows admins to see how a learner’s at-risk levels have changed and the reasoning for those changes.
- ETTP administrators will see a low participation message when there is not sufficient data to generate the Satisfaction report. Administrators can go directly from this message to the Participation report to see which learners have/have not submitted self-reflections.
- ETTP administrators will now see a “This email is already in use. Please enter another.” message when creating a learner and the email is already in use.

- Elsevier Transition to Practice administrators can now provide feedback to a learner’s journal entry submissions directly from within the app. Learners will receive an email notifying them that their administrator has sent them feedback about their journal entry.
- Elsevier Transition to Practice admins can now view and edit the At-Risk Alert Status Levels for learners from the following pages: Satisfaction, Participation, Survey Comments, Journal Entry, and Communication Section Reports; Cohort Details Page (accessed from the Manage Cohort link); and All Profiles page.
Improvements
- Elsevier Transition to Practice (ETTP) administrators will not see at-risk alert status levels for deactivated learners in the ETTP reports.
- Elsevier Transition to Practice (ETTP) administrators can now update and save a learner’s Support Team on the learner’s profile page.
NEW!
- Elsevier Transition to Practice Admins can now delete a Cohort. However, before this action can take place the admin must remove any learners from the Cohort they are intending to delete and attach them to their new Cohort before they are able to complete this task. All reflection data and eLearning data entered by that learner will remain with their original cohorts in the report section.
- The Elsevier Transition to Practice Professional Skill Communication Section eLearning report now highlights learners with a score below 80% to indicate learners who need remediation.
- Elsevier Transition to Practice Learner Alert Statuses are now displayed on the Satisfaction, Participation, Survey Comments, and Journal Entries reports. Admins can also edit the Alert Statuses directly from these pages.
- There are now two links in Elsevier Transition to Practice to reach our customer support team. One which links to the main support hub page and another that connects you to the Contact Us form. It can be found by clicking on the "?" icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Improvements
- Learners taking the Professional Skills Post-Tests can now exit the test at any time during the session. However, once the learner exits the post-test all progress made to that point will not be saved. Learners must complete the post-test in its entirety to record a final score. Those that exit before complete will have to start from the beginning when they return to the post-test.
- Administrators can page through their learner's survey responses instead of scrolling through one long page to view their entries.
- The Learners On Alert page now displays an icon next to each learner's name indicating their alert status. Administrators can change the learner's alert status by clicking on the icon and selecting the desired status from the drop down menu.
- Admins will now go directly to the learner's Alert tab instead of the learner's Profile tab when clicking on the learner's name to view learner details.
- Admins can create additional admins users for their institution. Admin users have permission to create new learners, support team members and other administrations within a client. In addition, administrations have access to sensitive demographics, satisfaction, and learning data. New admin users must be added one at a time and cannot be added in bulk.
- Previously, when a user's last name and/or first name was updated on the user profile page those changes weren't represented in reported tables, headers, personalization and the user name in the upper right-hand corner. With the work released this sprint, any changes to the User's name will be reflected across the application.
- Breadcrumb experience has been fixed. Users can see the correct page name reflected and also map to the correct path taken by the user.
NEW!
- Description of each Alert Status (No Risk, Medium, and High) now appears on the Learner's Alert Status page in the Elsevier Transition to Practice product.
- Admins can paginate through journal responses to quickly view data in the Elsevier Transition to Practice Journal Report.
- Admins are prompted to confirm message deletion so that they don’t lose any info created before navigating away in the Elsevier Transition to Practice product.
- Allow admins to paginate through the Elsevier Transition to Practice "All Profiles" page so they can quickly find their learners
NEW!
- Admins can now see journal entry count for learners in the Participation report.
- Journal questions are now randomized so that learners will not repeatedly see the same question when using the journal reflection tool.
