How do I reestablish access for a user?

To reestablish access for your user, perform the following steps:

  1. Verify your user's account set-up in your Cohort table.
  2. Resend the user’s Welcome Email by clicking the Resend Welcome Email button.
  3. Advise your user to complete registration on receipt of the Welcome Email
