What do I do if I have forgotten my username or password?

1. At the Login prompt for your username and password, click 'Forgot Password'.
2. A 'Forgotten your password?' screen is displayed. Click 'Send me a link'.
3. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password, click on the 'Reset Password' link located in the email.

   • Please note: The reset link will expire 30 minutes from the time requested.
4. You'll be prompted to enter a new password between 5 and 20 characters long. Confirm the new password.
5. Click 'Submit'.

Upon completion of these steps, you will have reset your password.

For external users, your username is typically the email address you used to register (and must not exceed 50 characters). If you have forgotten the email address you chose for your username, or if the system does not recognize your email address, please email us here.

For internal users, your username is your Elsevier email ID. If you have issues logging in, please email us here.
