What can I do if I'm having trouble signing in to Image Finder?

Tips to help you login into Image Finder:
- Check you have the right username, normally it is your email address: How do I sign in and out of Image Finder?
- For external user, if you received an invitation, use the same email address.
- Check you have the right password. Don’t worry, you can reset it easily: What do I do if I have forgotten my username or password?
- Check SPAM folder, easily avoidable by adding our email address to your safe senders.
- Clear cookies from your browser. We suggest trying this first if you're experiencing issues signing in, or try using a different browser.
- Clear any old history from your browser, especially when resetting to a new password. Please note: This will clear all stored data in your browser.
- If you use, or have been invited via, different email addresses in Image Finder, you may have multiple accounts/profiles which will need to be merged. Please contact us via email here.
