What can I do if I forgot my login details?

Please remember the password is case-sensitive and check your caps lock setting.

Follow these steps to reset to a forgotten password:

1. Go to the journal website. You can locate it using the search on Health Advance.
2. Click 'Login' on the top right of the menu ribbon.
3. Click 'Forgot Password?' beneath the login fields.
4. Enter the email address you used to register your account.
5. Click 'Reset Password'.

An email will be sent to the email address you entered, and will include the remaining steps to complete the process to reset your password.
