How can I manage my journal content alerts?

You can subscribe to new journal content e-alerts or unsubscribe from current ones at any time via your account.
How
If you want to subscribe to any of the available e-alerts (e.g., Table of Contents (TOC), Published Articles, Articles in Press (AIP), Citation), please follow the below instructions:
- Log in either on Health Advance or the Journal homepage using your current username and password (case sensitive).
- Click on 'My Account' at the top of the journal homepage.
- Click on the 'Alerts' tab, and you will see four tabs for Journal Alerts, Collection Alerts, Citation Alerts and Saved Search Alerts.
Journal Alerts (TOC, AIP):
To add a journal alert:
- Click 'Add another journal' and complete the search query.
- Click 'Add' to all applicable journals and close the search results box (click on the 'X' in the top right of the window).
- You will see these journals added to your profile for Table of Contents Alerts, Articles in Press Alerts, and Published Article Alerts, if applicable.
- Click 'Save Changes'.
Citation, Collection and Saved Search Alerts:
You can add these alerts from the relevant article page, collection page or search results page, by clicking the 'Add alert' button.
To unsubscribe from any e-alerts, can click on the 'Unsubscribe now' link at the bottom of your most recent alert email, or follow the instructions below.
- Log in either on Health Advance or the Journal homepage using your current username and password (case sensitive).
- Click on 'My Account' at the top of the journal homepage.
- Click on the 'Alerts' tab, and choose the relevant tab to change: Journal Alerts, Collection Alerts, Citation Alerts and Saved Search Alerts.
Select the alert you want to unsubscribe from:
Table of Contents or Published Articles alert
Uncheck the box next to the journal title and click 'Save Changes'.
Please note: The title will remain on the page if you are still signed up for an article in Press Alert.
Check the option 'Never' for the selected journal title and click 'Save Changes'.

Select the citation you want to remove and click 'Remove Citation Alert' link at the top of the list.
Click 'Delete' next to the alert you want deleted.
Select the collection you want to remove and click 'Remove Alerts'.
