How do I create or update an affiliation profile?

To create a new affiliation profile or correct details in an existing affiliation profile, you will need to contact our support team.
Important: Only an affiliation administrator or librarian can request corrections to affiliation details. Requests submitted by researchers or other individuals cannot be processed.
If you would like to update the affiliation listed in your author profile, please refer to ‘How do I correct my author profile details in Engineering Village?’
Request an affiliation profile update
- Open the webform.
- Under Contact reason, select ‘Document Correction.’
- In the Subject field, enter ‘Affiliation Profile Correction.’
- Include your Affiliation ID in the request to help us process it more quickly.
- Complete the rest of the form with the required details.
- Include your contact details.
- Select ‘Send your question.’
