You can access the Elsevier eBooks+ Bookshelf on:

  • Mobile devices: iOS and Android phones/tablets.
  • Computers: Windows PCs and Macs.
  • Chromebook: Bookshelf can be accessed through a web browser.
  • Online: You can use Bookshelf directly in a web browser.

Elsevier currently allows online access on up to two mobile devices and two computers.

For offline reading, the eBooks+ app supports Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, iOS 13+, and Android 7.1+.

Important: Elsevier eBooks+ allows for two computers and mobile devices activated at any given one time on your account. If you are activating a new computer or mobile device and receive the error message: "You have Reached your Machine Activation Limit" you will need to deauthorize an older computer or mobile device in order to activate a new one.
