How do I retrieve my forgotten password?

If you’ve forgotten your Elsevier eBooks+ password, you can reset it rather than retrieve the old password:

1. Go to the Elsevier eBooks+ sign-in pageopens in new tab/window.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Enter the email address associated with your eBooks+ account.
4. Choose Forgot password? (or Reset password, depending on the screen).
5. Elsevier will email you a password-reset link. Open it and choose a new password.
6. Return to eBooks+ and sign in with your new password. The same eBooks+ credentials are used for the eBooks+ app.

If you don't receive the email: check your spam/junk folder and make sure you entered the email address used to register your eBooks+ account. If the email address isn't recognized, you may need Elsevier support to help with the account.
