When you click on the drop-down list 'Select a book' on the 'Welcome' screen, your project may not be listed or your list is empty.

Solution

If you have multiple accounts for EMSS:

2. Log in with another account.
3. Check the drop-down list: is your project visible?

If you have only one account or the project is not visible on any of your accounts:

1. Get in touch with your editorial contact.
2. Tell them which book and chapter you expect to find in EMSS.
3. Your editorial contact will help you solve the issue.
